Change of Plans

The week coming up will be a deload week.  Made a lot of progress over the 3 months but it's time to give body a rest.  Then come back stronger.  No updates for the week coming up unless I write an article.  Just gonna cut it down to 2 days, do one of each day then continue where I left off.

Bad lighting but upper/lower back coming along, shitty biceps but that is to be expected for now.  Just need a better camera for more detail.
