Haven't been able to post this past week, but just a little update. On sunday, I switched up the routine some. example hitting chest.

Normally it would be
flat bench, one set
dumbbell flies, one set
incline bench, one set
and repeat two more times, so total 9 sets, then move onto next muscle.

I started
flat bench, three sets
dumbbell flies, three sets
incline bench, three sets
Still 9 sets but didn't switch exercises in between, next muscle.

Using this method, muscles took a beating. When DOMS set in on tuesday, I was really sore, and had to skip Tuesday's work-out.

Fast forward to Thursday, did same routine but included triceps back in with lower reps though. Muscle seems to be adjusting to the inclusion of ab wheel now.

Last update, I don't know if I should be happy or sad about this. Did a weigh-in this morning, 141lbs (still on creatine though). Feels good to be losing all this fat, but my goal is to get bigger not smaller and good weight (muscle) is hard to gain. Also when I do start upping the calories, I know my nutrition is gonna suffer. caliper should be coming in a few weeks, so hopefully then I'll be able to get a good bodyfat reading.
