Supplementsource.ca Review

Supplementsource.ca is an online Canadian supplement store.  For the most part, it is just like any other online supp store out there.  Spend $99+ and you get free shipping.  Shipping is same/next day shipping.  Selection & pricing is again in line with other online retailers but possibly few bucks cheaper.

The one area where it stands out though is the Blow Out section.  Being the thrifty person that I am, I'm always looking for the cheapest priced whey protein powder available.  This is where the blow-out section becomes awesome because it is regularly updated with new clearance products.  Though it usually comes with a drawback (for some people), in that the best before date is a little short.  Meaning it'll most likely ~6months or less until the best before date comes up.  Just always have to be on the prowl and check for the daily deals and blow-out updates.

For myself, this enabled me to try new protein powders.  Normally I'm willing to spending $10/lbs.  With the recent increase in price for whey protein, brand name protein prices have soared above the $10/lbs range.

In the blow-out, there was Gaspari Myofusion 5lbs cookies and cream for $45 and Allmax IsoNaturals 6lbs for $58.  I went ahead and ordered those because I've never tried them before and it's good to switch things up from time to time when you drinking the same protein shakes for months on end.

Experience: Positive.  It was pretty standard affair.  Order and receive products a few business days later.  Package came with 2 free samples and a magazine...
