Meal Log

Haven't done a calorie count in a little but so I'll do one today. With that said though, I am not really restricting myself to the 1800 calories a day anymore though but will most likely stay within the 2000 region. The reason why is, someone told me since I was just pretty much starting out, with my improved nutrition and the working-out, nature will take it's course and that I don't have to worry about cutting right now, it is for later.

Meal 1: 2 eggs + 2 pieces of whole grain wheat bread 310cal
Meal 2: KFC thigh + drumstick, fries 690 cal<-STFU it was toonie tuesday
Meal 3: Life cereal wit skim milk 160 cal
Meal 4: Peanut Butter Sandwich 320 cal

So that totaled 1480 calories, and then Meal 5 was I had what my mom made which was noodles in chicken stock with chicken, and I had a chunk of fish, <-- I was HUNGRY, after I ate I still wanted more food, that was 3 hours ago and right now I'm STARVING!!! So I'm pretty sure I'm above 2000+ cal today, I'm going to assume 2300 but all the same shit anyways my maintenance mark is at like 2500. So at the end of the day break even.

As you may have noticed, no protein shakes today. My tub is depleted and thanks to canadianprotein, I do not have a new supply (I will be doing a review later on to explain). Honestly I think that is why I tried to eat so much today. It was to try to cover the protein deficit I was going to experience. My aim right now is 116g of protein, but let's see if I hit it.

Those 4 Meals totals like 55.6g of protein, and there's no way I had like 60g+ of protein with the fish & chicken cuz I ain't have a lot of chicken and fish chunk wasn't big either.

Really have to work on the eating out meal cuz it's always around that mark, for instance pizza pizza pepperoni slice 680cal, ~100 less but still the same shit to me.

Also last note for today, what's messed up is the amount of calories the fries have, there was soooooo little and that shit ran me 340, I woulda rather had an egg sandwich instead. Lesson learnt.
