Benched 100 lbs today on flat bench, a set of 10. Would have tried for more but already did like 4 sets at 80-90 and a bunch of other chests.

Meals for today

Meal 1 - Peanut butter sandwich, 15g almonds: 365cal
Meal 2 - Pizzapizza pepperoni slice: 680cal
Meal 3 - NO-Xplode, 15g almonds: 125cal
Meal 4 - Protein /w dextrose & water: 250cal
Meal 5 - 2 eggs + 1 cup white rice: 422cal

Total 1842cal, still on point!! Jumped on eliptical for like 15mins, measurement thing said 112cal burnt. Did weights today wasn't all that bad, trap hurt a little but still pushed thru it.

This was for thursday.

Obviously these aren't exact readings cuz I ain't that hardcore, but I'd give it an approximate of give or take 150cal

1:35am edit: I actually didn't make the calorie count today, friggin' spaced out that I had a cinnamon bun after I had the 5th meal. I saw that that shit was 170cal and it was an acceptable level of carbs/fats, and went for it. I haven't eaten stuff like this in a while, probably why I forgot
