Tues/Wed OFF
Thursday - Chest/Tricep
flat bench
incline bench
flat dumbell flys
tricep extension
tricep kickbacks
ab wheel + core again
Friday - Legs
Squats
Leg extensions
Lying Leg Curls
Dumbbell lunges
Standing dumbbell calf raises
Saturday - OFF
