I know I haven't posted in a while. Not really sure what to post really. Seems as though I'm just repeating the same thing over and over again since I'm too lazy to write any articles or reviews.
So I've had to nagging shoulder pain for a while, and it wasn't going away. Instead of babying it or seeing a doctor or whatever. I decided that I was going to annihilate it, and build up the muscle. If I get injured, so be it. So far, it's working. Pain for the most part is gone, but I still have an issue with rotator cuff though, and I'm doing some additional exercises to try and strengthen whatever needs to be done over there as well.
Squats still suck. They are a real pain in the ass, but at the same time...THEY ARE FUCKIN' AMAZING. My definition in my legs are coming in. When I look in the mirror, they don't appear all that much bigger, but when I look down on them, holy shit. U notice a difference.
Haven't had a chance to test out the ON gold standard whey yet but will most likely do it tomorrow. Until then, be safe.
Body weight currently is 148lbs. Tomorrow gonna take a picture, but putting it off for the last few days.
