One thing I dislike is missing a work-out sooooo....Just started to do a warm-up and stretching, felt like throwing-up. Let's see what happens.
Chest...Done!
Wasn't all too bad, sweated hell of a lot more, took more time between sets but overall went well. Had gains to some reps.
Triceps...Done!
This was a tough one to get thru...
Shoulders...Done!
Again reps are up, did some extra sets just to kill it.
Now I am totally exhausted, just ate. Time to shower and do nightly duties and sleep. Good night.
