Back on the work out juice today. Did Back and Bis. Went very smooth, banged it out like this there was no tomorrow.
Went snowboarding yesterday. It went down better than last time. Reduced the amount of falls I had and actually learned some new things as well. I can final now do some turns. Soreness in the hamstring (the right one) probably from all that turning and trying to turn but I don't mind. Just might have to ramp of the legs workout a bit more.
Did a weigh-in today and I dropped down to ruffly 137-138...this is most likely due to lack of water though. Been drinking lots of beer over the weekend and u know what that means...lots of peeing.
Had fun over the holidays, now it's time to get back to business.
