Today's weigh-in a bit under 144lbs. No body fat percentage as it'll probably stay the same. I use one of those online calculators and it just isn't accurate enough as all measurements have to be in full inches and I've been rounding up anyways. Been wanting to grab a cheap body fat caliper off ebay but unsure of how good that will be.

Now, obviously the goal is to gain lean mass. The problem I have it how I should go about it, as I've been a calorie deficit for about a month and a half. I don't want to start upping food intake and have body to store all that I eat as fat. Another concern is, I'm still not satisfied with the amount of fat lost in the cheek/neck area and that makes me want to drop some more...we'll see what happens.
