If U Wanna Get Big, U Gotta Eat Big!



Here is dinner tonight. Portion is rather large. Easily over a 1000+ calories. Not too sure if I'm gonna try starting to put on some weight yet but felt like eating (Didn't have much to eat today, 2 protein shakes, whole wheat crackers /w hummus & salami). But almost at the 140 mark already so okay to eat a bit. The plate is like 12 inches.

Quarter Chicken (Leg & Thigh)
Some kind of sausage
~2 cups white rice
vegetable medley (whatever it's that shit)
stuffing
smothered in mushroom gravy /w added mushrooms

10:23pm edit: It's gonna be tough to down the extra calories...normally by know I would have eaten another meal, but I am honestly stuffed still. Let's say on the high side today's dinner was 1500 calories, protein shakes 225 each, then crackers and toppings 500 on the high side...roughly 2450, so let's say 2500 tops. As of right now I'd start gaining slowly, as maintainence calories roughly at this weight is 2350...it's gonna be a friggin' long road. Will Probably just hit another protein shake and call it a day...this test run failed pretty bad.
