Decided to stop being a bitch and really go for it the past few days. Thursday was the usually chest/tri/shoulders. Gains in bent lateral raises and military press, losses in flat benchpress and front lateral raises. Front lateral raises, I had to drop the weight because I noticed that I was swinging to get the weight up, and not hitting the right muscle, dropping the weight and focusing, felt it in the proper muscle. Today I did legs, upped the weight on pretty much every exercise. Felt good, don't wanna make up sore tomorrow though.
