Blah blah, legs sunday. later today is back/biceps...
Too much shit to say but it'll come out as rambling anyways. So to sum it up, just gonna relax a bit. Won't be trying to bang out a work-out but really just a day to analyze what I'm doing, how is my form, am I lifting too heavy/light, more/less reps, etc...This will most likely happen for thursday and sunday's work out as well.
