Ab Wheel

So I received my ab wheel yesterday...Probably did like 3 sets of 10. Let me tell you, that that really messed me up. Soreness in tris, trap and lats. There is some in the abs but not so much very tolerable. Also got resistance bands but haven`t really checked out any exercises for it yet, want to use them to round out my work-out.

I will be continuing with my current diet until the end of the year. Still unhappy with the amount of fat in my cheeks. There are 3 things to trigger the change 1. reach 140lbs, 2. cheek fat goes down to an acceptable level 3. Dec 24 arrives. so which ever comes first. I figure Christmas would be a good time to start bulking as you have all the turkey and left overs and what not, so no shortage of food. Thing I`m kinda scared about it, I don`t think I can really eat a whole lot more than what I`m doing (on a daily basis).
