Ab Wheel Continued

This is continuing on from last post about the ab wheel. I actually underestimated the damage that the ab wheel did. My abs were really messed up, but only when I used them or inadvertantly used them (sneeze, cough). I skipped tuesday work-out due to soreness. Yesterday it felt good, kinda refreshed. WRONG. When I hit the ab wheel, my abs hurt like a mofo. After I tried to do some tricep dips, no way that shit was happening, my left tricep felt like it was gonna snap, same thing but to a lesser extent on soem other tri exercises. In the end though, still got a light work-out in but damn, ab wheel is dangerous.
