I got the reps in at 190 5x5 as predicted, will be dropping to 3x5 despite completing it. I know it's a recovery issue. Don't want next week to be 195, then 195 and then completing on sunday as I know that's how it's going to happen (it's been happening for a few weeks now). I will be looking at adding some accessory exercises, focusing on improving the core, upper/lower back.
Onto the rows, i kinda figured out the issue. I always kinda felt weird about hand placement on the bar. So what I did was get into position, arms in position where I wanted them to be at the end of the row and from there lowered my arms onto the bar and grip.
