Having tried the 3 and 4 days body splits, I do not like the frequency in which I am hitting each muscle group. I feel that there is too much down time in between work outs. Waiting 6 days is just too long as I don't annihilate the muscles and I'm always ready within a few days. So I decided to go with Stronglifts 5x5. Pretty much a year has past, while I am happy with what I've achieved, I thought I would have been further along. Post later today a year in review.
