So last post was April Fool's.  Just taking a week off from training since it's roughly been around 3 months since I took a break.

Now, it's been about a year since I started working out consistently.  There have been the ups and downs but it's to be expected transitioning to a new lifestyle.

Going forward, I will be pushing myself hard for the next 6 months.  I have  35lbs of protein powder, a ton of oatmeal, 6 month supply of creatine and plenty of caffeine.  Hopefully at that time I will be able to have my transformation video up and ready.  In fact, it will be ready.

To the people that have supported me, thank you.  To those that put me down and didn't believe, a big fuck you.  Stay free.
