So Today was legs..and it goes a little something like this.
Deadlift - 85lbs, 10 reps, 5 sets
Leg extenstions - 50lbs, 10 reps, 5 sets
Dumbbell squats - 20lbs each hand, 10 reps, 3 sets, 4th set until failure.
Elipitical - 15-30mins targeting calves
It's quick and simple. I don't really care too much about legs right now, just because of the limitations of my equipment and space. Then there's the issues with exercises with potential for messing up lower back which I definitely don't want happening. So usually I just go with medium weight and try to work on getting good form.
