The week off has helped tremendously. Feel well rested and relaxed. Down 2lbs. Worked out today. That's about it.

Also been off caffeine for about a week now, feels good. Think that the contains of True Protein's Burn really sped up my metabolism or something because when I popped those things I was hungry every few hours, now I get go extended periods without eating (before it was 3 hours and after 4 I needed to eat no matter what or else feel very shitty, now can go like 5-6 hours)
